Headshot FAQ
How much is a headshot session?
Headshot rates in Los Angeles and New York can be higher than anywhere else in the US. However, headshot photographers usually offer budget-friendly headshot packages along with regular ones. The most affordable package costs $200 for a fifteen-minute express headshot session. It includes one look, two retouched images, access to an online gallery with all your high-resolution images.
Our best value headshot package costs $500. It includes a one-hour headshot session, unlimited looks, 4 retouched images, 24-hour turnaround, and a download of all your images.
Add-ons include make-up ($100 – $150), an additional hour ($100), additional retouched images ($30 per image)

What if I want additional images retouched?
No problem. We charge $30 per image for a basic headshot retouch, which includes removing skin blemishes, slight teeth whitening, modifying the exposure, sharpening, cropping. We also offer advanced retouching at an additional cost, like beard removal, changing eye and hair color, adding digital makeup, changing the background, etc.
Can I split my headshot package with a friend?
I get this question a lot, especially from emerging actors. Yes, you can split the unlimited headshot package. You will have to share the amount of retouched images or just ask for additional ones. If you have further questions about headshot pricing feel free to give us a call.

What to Wear for a Headshot Session
What is the best color to wear for a headshot?
Plain colors are your best choice for a headshot session. Prints or patterns distract attention and date your photo. Choose mid-tone colors in green, blue, purple, and wine because they are universally flattering. Avoid wearing tops in flesh tones like pastels, cream, beige, yellow, or peach as they will blend your face into your clothes. As there are usually two-layered clothes, don’t forget about matching the colors and tones. Read more about do’s and don’ts of headshot wardrobe on our website.
After scheduling the shoot, feel free to contact us for a complimentary wardrobe consultation.
What to wear?
Wear clothes that are comfortable and make you feel great. Bring specific clothing to create various characters. As most of our headshot sessions include unlimited looks, bring everything you like. Don’t forget to press your clothes to give them a new look. Bring glasses. A jacket or a suit is an excellent choice for men wishing to look more professional. Pay attention to details. Layers, ties, belts are an inseparable part of a headshot wardrobe. Try not to be too eccentric while creating a unique personality. Read more about what to wear for a headshot session.
What should you not wear to a photoshoot?

The hair and makeup rates vary between $150-$200. However, if you know your hair better, like me, do your hair yourself!
Do I really need makeup for my headshot?
